A physical intake kit for one-of-one vintage apparel
Capture the details before the garment goes into storage.
When a buyer asks for an omitted measurement, label photo, construction detail, or clearer flaw photo, the garment has to come back out of storage. This kit keeps those checks visible before the garment is put away.

Your standards stay yours. Keep your background, camera, SKU conventions, and current eBay draft, spreadsheet, or inventory tool. No app, account, subscription, or second ID system.

Layout diagram. The item label stays with the garment; the location label stays at storage; both codes go in the seller’s current record.
Before it goes into storage
Check the photos and measurements, then record the SKU and storage location.
The card lists what to verify. Once the boxes are checked and the item SKU and storage location are in your eBay draft, spreadsheet, or inventory tool, the garment is ready to put away.
Your vintage judgment, photography, and SKU discipline are already the system. The mat groups the measuring guides, garment checklist, and detail markers; the card stays with the garment through the last photos, item label, and storage update.
Already have a separate photo background? Keep it. The mat handles inspection and measurement; the portable card follows the garment through photography and confirms the photos, item label, and storage record before the garment is put away.

- It names the tote, rack, shelf, or other storage location and stays there.
- Detail marker
- It sits beside a flaw or construction detail and never attaches to the garment.
- Inventory record
- Enter the item and location codes together before putting the garment away.
